We begin fulfilling each new Luchetti batch as soon as it becomes available, shipping orders in the order they were received.
All Luchetti orders ship from Lake Forest, in Orange County, California.
Limited Batch Fulfillment
When a new batch launches, there can be significant demand. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped once inventory is available.
United States Shipping
Standard Shipping: Free
Express Shipping: $9.99 USD
Standard orders generally arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after shipment. Tracking is provided by email once your order leaves our facility.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Our standard international shipping rates are:
Canada: $14.95 USD
$19.95 USD: Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom, and most currently available European destinations.
$24.95 USD: Hong Kong, India, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea.
$29.95 USD: Israel and United Arab Emirates.
Tip: International shipping can be more cost-effective when ordering more than one sketchbook, so some customers choose to combine an order with an art friend.

For certain additional destinations, available shipping services and rates may be calculated at checkout.
International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Your available shipping service and estimated delivery window will appear at checkout.

International orders are shipped through our international shipping partner.
Where applicable, duties, import taxes, and other required charges are calculated and collected at checkout. You will see these charges before completing your purchase, and no additional duties or import taxes should be due upon delivery.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and destination country are correct before completing checkout. Once an order begins processing, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
