Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, your item should be in the same condition you received it. Normal handling or brief testing of the sketchbook is fine — we understand you need to experience the product to decide if it's right for you.

You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is enough).

Damages & Issues

If your sketchbook arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away.
We’ll evaluate the issue and replace or refund it immediately — at no cost to you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Need a different color or type?
The fastest way is to complete a return and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days — for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
